Gulf Landing Logistics Center is coming soon to the Naples/Fort Myers region, representing one of the largest commercial and logistics developments in Southwest Florida. Situated on 284 acres, the 2.2 million-square-foot speculative industrial park has now broken ground and construction is underway with a first phase completion date of Q3 2024. The current Gulf Landing Logistics Center plan includes 13 buildings of various sizes and configurations. Gulf Landing Logistics Center is just north of Alico Road and south of Terminal Access Road, providing easy access to abundant amenities. South Fort Myers serves as a nexus for distribution and warehousing between Tampa and Miami. This part of Southwest Florida boasts strong connectivity to the rest of the region. Two vital north-to-south connectors, Tamiami Trail and Interstate 75, pass through the area. In addition, the Southwest Florida International Airport is in South Fort Myers.
Newer facilities are cropping up near Interstate 75 as Lee County continues to grow. Some major tenants operate large facilities in South Fort Myers. FedEx Ground Packaging, Amazon, and XPO Logistics all have a presence in South Fort Myers. The area is also home to a number of light industrial and manufacturing firms.
